Ingredients

3 large red british potatoes

3 springs of rosemary

salt and pepper to taste

loads and loads of garlic granuals

garlic infused oil (normal oil works too)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop your potatoes into bite sized chunks and begin to boil your water
  2. To boiling water (very important the water is already boiling) add 1 heaped teaspoon of baking soda to the water. This will help break down pectin and ensure a crispy potato
  3. Boil for 10-13 mins until you can pierce with a fork. You don’t want these too soft or they won’t crisp as well.
  4. Transfer to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper (potatoes stick to aluminium foil) and season your potatoes.
  5. Once seasoned pour a generous amount of oil and put into a preheated oven of 200 degrees celcius
  6. Bake for 15-25 mins or until golden brown.
  7. Enjoy!
