About this recipe
Ingredients
3 large red british potatoes
3 springs of rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
loads and loads of garlic granuals
garlic infused oil (normal oil works too)

- Wash and chop your potatoes into bite sized chunks and begin to boil your water
- To boiling water (very important the water is already boiling) add 1 heaped teaspoon of baking soda to the water. This will help break down pectin and ensure a crispy potato
- Boil for 10-13 mins until you can pierce with a fork. You don’t want these too soft or they won’t crisp as well.
- Transfer to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper (potatoes stick to aluminium foil) and season your potatoes.
- Once seasoned pour a generous amount of oil and put into a preheated oven of 200 degrees celcius
- Bake for 15-25 mins or until golden brown.
