Boxed Chocolate Fudge Cake But Better

About this recipe
Chocolate cake is one of the best cakes but if you are not a confident baker you may want to use a boxed cake. So here are some tips I use to make them taste 10x better.
Ingredients
Cake:
- 1 Chocolate Boxed Cake
- 3 Eggs
- 3 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 120ml oil or melted butter
- 250ml milk
- 50ml espresso (2 tbsp instant coffee + 50ml boiling water)
Ganache
- 270ml double cream
- 250g dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Combine all cake ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and combine until a batter.
- Line an 8-inch cake tin with greaseproof paper and ensure there is an overhand so that the cake can rise as much as needed and not be stodgy.
- Pour the cake mixture into the pre-lined cake tin and bake for 25-28 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, make your chocolate ganache by heating out 270ml double cream.
- Mix this together and set it aside, it will get thicker so don't worry about it being runny for now.
- Once the cake is out of the oven and cooled pour your ganache onto the cake and leave it to set.
- Enjoy!
