About this recipe
This easy garlic flatbread is made in 30 minutes with an easy one-bowl method. Seasoned with garlic and parsley, serve this flatbread with curries, stews, soups, and more.
Ingredients
flatbread:
300g plain flour
200ml hot water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp oil
garlic butter:
75g melted butter
1 tbsp garlic purée
1 tbsp parsley

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until form a dough then allow to rest
- In a small bowl add melted butter, garlic puree and parsley
- Then split your dough into 4 balls and roll it into a 20cm circle and add a generous amount of garlic butter then roll towards you like a cinnamon roll, then swirl the dough.
- Once swirled roll the dough out and add garlic butter
- Fry your dough for 3-5 mins each side and enjoy.
