Lemon Pepper Seasoning:
- 3 lemons, grated
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp white pepper

- 500g chicken wings
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp salt (if your using store made lemon pepper seasoning omit this)
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp oil
Lemon Pepper Sauce
- 50g butter, melted
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 lemon, zested
- 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp mayo

- Lemon Pepper Seasoning: In a bowl, combine the grated lemon zest, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and white pepper. Mix well to create your homemade lemon pepper seasoning.
- Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings with the lemon pepper seasoning, garlic granules, baking powder, corn flour, oil, and salt (if not using store-bought lemon pepper seasoning). Ensure the wings are evenly coated.
- Air Frying: Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they aren't too crowded so they get crispy. Cook at 200°C for about 20 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through for even cooking, until they're golden brown and crispy.
- Lemon Pepper Sauce: In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon pepper seasoning, honey, and mayo. Mix well to create the tangy and flavorful lemon pepper sauce.
- Coating the Wings: Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the lemon pepper sauce over the wings and toss them gently to coat evenly.
- Serve: Arrange the coated wings on a serving platter and garnish with additional lemon zest and parsley, if desired. These zesty lemon pepper wings are now ready to be savored!
