- 500g lamb mince
- 50g fresh mint, chopped
- 1 large brown onion
- 50ml whole milk
- 50g harissa paste

- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lamb mince, chopped fresh mint, finely chopped yellow onion, whole milk, and harissa paste.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Take a handful of the mixture and shape it into kebabs or patties. You can use skewers if you prefer.
- Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
- Arrange the kebabs on the wire rack and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the kebabs are cooked through. Make sure to turn them halfway through cooking.
- If serving with flatbreads, halfway through cooking, place flatbread underneath the kebabs on the wire rack. This will allow the flatbread to soak up the flavorful lamb juices.
- Once the kebabs are cooked and the flatbread is infused with the lamb juices, remove them from the oven.
- Serve the Harissa Mint Lamb Kebabs with the soaked flatbread or rice and salad.
